In today’s economy, sustainable development is no longer just a matter of corporate responsibility – it is a key driver of competitiveness, innovation, and long-term value.
IntegratESG, a project funded by the European Commission, aims to make ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) understandable, practical, and accessible to everyone – from small businesses to training centers, universities, and large companies.

Project partners from Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Austria work together to develop universal tools, including a diagnostic assessment, a simulator, training modules, and an ESG Roadmap. These tools help organizations measure, implement, and continuously improve their sustainable practices.

The idea is simple: ESG should be part of everyday decision-making, not just annual reports.
IntegratESG makes this possible by providing clear guidance, educational resources, and practical, real-world examples that support meaningful implementation.

Why the project matters

Many companies want to implement ESG, but do not know where to start. They lack the necessary knowledge, structure, and real-life examples. IntegratESG addresses this exact gap between theory and practice.

Through the developed modules, organizations learn how to collect and analyze ESG data, how to introduce sustainable processes, and how to build a culture of collaboration and responsibility.

At the same time, VET centers and universities gain access to ready-to-use educational materials and frameworks that help them train a new generation of professionals with ESG competencies. The project brings together business and education, accelerating Europe’s transition towards sustainable development.

What you’ll find on the platform

The IntegratESG team is currently developing an online platform that will be freely accessible to all organizations. The platform will include:

How companies can benefit

IntegratESG is designed not only for learning, but for action. Companies can use the platform to:

The project is particularly valuable for small and medium-sized enterprises, which aim to meet new European regulatory requirements while looking for solutions that are accessible, easy to understand, and practical to implement.

Looking ahead

IntegratESG will conclude with a fully developed learning ecosystem that brings together innovation, digitalization, and collaboration.

In 2026, the open e-platform will be launched, allowing anyone to register free of charge, complete courses, assess their ESG potential, and obtain a certificate.

The project demonstrates that sustainability is not merely a policy framework, but a new way of thinking and working one that is more ethical, more efficient, and more closely aligned with the real needs of people and the planet.
